All things are designed by ARNÉ LLC and customized by hand. Class Shirts/Jerseys and etc must be ordered THREE MONTHS or more in advance.
One reliable class/group representative with a consistent form of communication is required. It is recommended that you make a group chat to inform others of updates and payment scheduling. The deposit covers the design mockup only. Forms of communication will be done through Text or Email.
A MINIMUM OF 15 ITEMS IS REQUIRED TO ORDER.
Process
- A nonrefundable $50 Deposit is required to start.
- Email info@arneatelier.com within 24 hours of ordering describing your ideas for customization, the amount of shirts, etc.
- Allow up to 5-7 Business Days for the design to be finalized and sent.
- Receive a mock up of the design with a price quote.
- Class/Group approves or disapproves the design. One revision is allowed.
- A payment deadline will be given to the class representative. All money must be paid on time.
- Production starts after the design is approved and the balance is paid.
- Order is completed (updates will be made throughout the entire process).
- Shipping/Local Pick Up.
- Be sure to Post & Tag @ARNÉATELIER in your photos ⭐️
Pricing
-Group Shirts (start) at $25 each
-Group Specialty Shirts acid wash, oversized, etc (start) at $35 each
-Group Crewnecks (start) at $40 each
-Group Hoodies (start) at $50 each
-Group Jerseys (start) at $65 each
-To place anything on the back costs an additional $5
-To place anything on the sleeves costs an additional $5 for each sleeve
-Plus sizes costs an additional $5
-Shipping starts at $15
*For local clients, pickup dates/times/location will be given to you*
Forms of Payment
Remaining balances must be paid to PayPal, Cash App, or ArneAtelier.com
Please allow UP TO 21 business days for your order to process and ship. Business days are Mon-Fri excluding holidays. Arné LLC is not responsible for lost packages. All orders are shipped via USPS or FEDEX. Tracking numbers are sent once the order is complete.
